Lead Times |
2 to 3 days for template, after template 7 days to installation. We will do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible, depending on availability of slabs. |
Natural Stone Color Variations |
Granite and marble are products of Mother Nature, and as such, variations are to be expected. Samples may not be representative of the entire slab. The whole slab(s) should be viewed and approved prior to templating. |

Please call to set up an appointment to come in and view our selection of slabs, or you can visit one of our trusted suppliers to choose your slabs. Give us a call to find the nearest location to your job site. |
Template |
To schedule the template, a 50% deposit is required. The homeowner or general contractor must be present during the template process to discuss seams, overhangs or any special designs. For a successful process, please clear all items from the countertops so we can create precise template dimensions. Also, have on site all sinks, faucets, appliances such as dishwasher or cook top, that would have bearing on the template dimensions. |
Seaming |
The customer will be consulted about the seam location, but the fabricator reserves the right for a “best practice” with regards to seams. Typically, seams vary from 1/16” to 1/8” and will be slightly visible. |
Pricing |
After template, the measurements will be checked, and if necessary, the price will be adjusted according to the actual field measurements. |
Installation |
The homeowner or general contractor must be present during the entire installation process. After the installation, the customer will be asked to sign the approval form, confirming the satisfaction, quality and damage free condition of countertops. |
Clean Up |
Residual dust should be expected during the countertop installation process. The customer should cover areas to contain the dust to the construction area. The job site will be left in broom condition. |
Plumbing |
CR World Granite, Inc. is not a licensed plumber and therefore is not responsible for reconnecting the plumbing. We recommend that you contact a licensed plumber and coordinate with them to reconnect the plumbing for the day after the installation of your countertops. |
